It has been 5 days at home and I've never been so joyous to be somewhere as home. Saturday, Molly took me to an Arts and Crafts Festival over in W. VA. What a spectacular day. I walked up the hill to a tent with picnic tables and let her walk while I sat under the big to tent and allowed the breeze flow over me. Molly waited for me to finish the hill, where we discovered that standing for long periods is just not possible, but walking is OK. My signature now is a big billed hat, walking cane, compact back pack, sandals and Sunscreen, UVA/B.

Chris, Fred just informed us about your blog. It seems your spirits are good - and that counts for alot. I hope you receive this because only a fraction of my emails seem to go where they are supposed to go - maybe this will end up in the Artic. We recently sent you a card to let you know we're thinking of you and praying for you. Best wishes for a speedy recovery. Best regards Chuck and Mindy ( p.s. we'll be following your blog )
Chris,
Good to hear that you got out of the house and are home now. I was wondering how things were going. I will try to call this week if you up to it. Take care and know that we are still praying for continual strength and healing for your body. I love you guys.
Chris,
Glad you are home and enjoying some things. My radiation is starting to tire me out. I sent an ecard to give you a few laughs. Think of you every day.
Hugs,
Nancy
Hey bud,
I had a boss that always started out with "hey bud" and I thought it was a budwiser, at any rate I've got a great idea - - next time Moshe comes to town I think the 2 of us will take the big Harley out to keep it warmed up and limber. Since Moshe's got more experience than me on the bike (he sat on it and I think you told me you took him for a ride). Thus, Moshe can drive and I'll sit in the back. Neat idea huh? Ok, another idea, BJs was pretty nice but maybe we should think about widening the horizon a little - - think about the Olney Grill (we only discovered it this past winter and it's pretty good and nice inside). We could do breakfast or really go into uncharted water and try a dinner. Whoa! Is that daring or what? Ok, pls continue to go on those excursions so you get out into the fresh air and just enjoy.
psssst...psssst.... hey Chris, please keep this from Molly, ok. Huh, I noticed that nearly everyone writing to you is a georgeous young lady. You devil you. Well, ok, I don't actually know that they're georgous and young but it looks like they're all ladies and I just figure that the young and georgeous would naturally be attracted to you. Now I know what's getting you well. I hope you are mending and feeling better. Lot's of love, f
Mindy/Chuck Thanks for the commets, No this is not the Arctic never-never land. Got your card. and appreciated it. Once you get on the Blog, it's kind of fun.
Deb: Thanks so much, I know for sure I can feel the prayers and well wishes, but yours seems to come distinctly and from a good friend of Molly's and mine too. Telekinesis or mental telepathy, or just prayer, but feeling that gave me some comfort, when there was not much comfort to be had. Anytime you and Molly want to get together, let me know and we'll make it happen Chris
Fred, there is a clause in my will that Molly has to sell my bike on my departure; and you want me to do what? To Molly's brother and cousin? Wouldn't have to worry about no Melanoma. As for the Olney Grill, we've never been and would enjoy the chance for something new...as long as there are gorgeous, young, good looking ladies. Thanks for the thoughts, Chris
