One week is behind me from having been released from NIH. There have been some great strides. You know, behind every great man, there is a great woman ...with a huge butcher knife. So diner had better be on when she arrives at home. Just kidding folks, getting Mollly something ready, as she's almost at teaching year's end is exhausted herself. The taste buds are still out of whack. Cherries started to taste bad, stopped right there and said this is a taste you enjoy, so keep eating; and pretty soon they started to taste better. As for the weight loss program, we should get our money back. See if we ever recommend this to anyone. Ha! Went from 215 down to 180 and feeling there may be another 5 lb more to lose.

Glad you are starting to feel better. How sweet that you are cooking for Molly! Give her a big hug for me as I haven't heard from her in awhile. I pray that you both are catching up on needed rest. Will talk soon.
I think getting rid of that scruffy goatee/mustache, and losing some weight coupled with the clean, shiny dome have attracted all the young, georgeos ladies to you so now I'm trying to lose weight and the next time you see me I may very well be bald and have lots of beautiful women chasing me. On a different note I'm starting to think you don't have a lot of confidence that Moshe and I can navigate the big Harley so on second thought you can keep the bike and just send the ladies my way. Ok, seriously, you and Molly are constantly in our thoughts and I want to hear energy and taste are returning.
Fred It really is a question of balance. Molly and I took the advanced safety course, which really did give Molly a boost in her confidence. I'm out there and the course instructor is pointing out to watch how I do it as an example of exactly how to follow instructions and execute the manuvers. He comes over and laughs with us. He looks at Molly and asks, He pushes the limits all the time doesn't he? Now you can imagine the amount of milage she has gotten from that one question.
